This 20-week practicum course is a graduate-level immersive experience where students apply geomatics tools to DRR projects. Through a 200-hour immersion program, students will work closely with partners in the field, such as local government units, NGOs, and research organizations, to identify and analyze risks, design data-driven solutions, and support evidence-based decision-making. The course will feature two comprehensive report submissions detailing the project’s progress, methodologies, findings, and proposed interventions.
