The course introduces advanced methods for managing spatial databases and creating WebGIS applications. Students will use ArcGIS Pro and Quantum GIS to design, analyze, and publish GIS data, focusing on topics such as database normalization, data interoperability, spatial analysis, and WebGIS application development. Through weekly laboratory exercises, long assignments, and a final project, students will engage in comprehensive workflows applicable to sectors such as environmental management, urban planning, and public health.
